3Q Training
Together these three dimensions of intelligence represent the three "Q"s. Hence the name of our company. Both IQ and EQ are important for success, but they are not enough to maintain top performance and provide enduring fulfilment. In addition to IQ and EQ, the next level of intelligence is also necessary, namely SQ or spiritual intelligence. IQ and EQ govern thought and emotion, and SQ governs values and meaning. SQ optimises IQ and EQ for personal fulfilment and high performance. The three Qs activate the whole brain, unlike IQ or EQ on their own, which are part-brain functions. By training the whole brain, 3Q unlocks full human potential, and thus achieves high performance.
3Q Training Programs are designed for students in Schools and Colleges, and for employees in the workforce. In addition, 3Q Training provides Leadership training, and Organisational Development. The 3Q Training Program for Colleges teach students the ten core Life skills, as defined by the United Nations Health Organisation. In addition, students are taught Industry Skills, Workplace Skills, and Professional Skills. Thus the 3Q Training Program for Colleges is designed to equip students to make the transition from student to professional. Students are assessed at the beginning of the 3Q Training, followed by an assessment of performance after each stage of the Program.
Successful completion of 3Q Programs results in Certification. Students who complete 3Q Training at School are qualified as Certified 3Q Students. College Students are qualified as Certified 3Q Associates, and those who complete a 3Q Training Workplace Program are qualified as 3Q Professionals. 3Q Training Programs and Certifications are accredited by the SQ Institute.
3Q Training forms partnerships with a wide variety of Organisations and individuals. Institutional Partners of 3Q Training include Universities, Colleges, and Schools. Corporate partners of 3Q Training include Non-profit Organisations, small businesses, and Multi-national Corporations. 3Q Practitioner partners work with 3Q Training Branches to deliver 3Q Training Programs. 3Q Branches are located in major cities around the world.
