Phil Sweet is a Training Consultant, Mentor & Coach to the housing & non-profit sector. Phil’s passion is excellent customer service and helping people to fulfil their potential. He is committed to helping people and organisations remove the barriers which prevent the delivery of excellent service.

Following 15 years in the financial services industry, Phil moved into the public sector, and has worked in a number of senior roles with housing associations and local authorities. He also spent three years working as a housing inspector with both the Housing Corporation and Audit Commission, giving him a wide exposure to the way housing organisations work and the environment in which they operate.

Phil moved on to work as a training consultant with a national housing consultancy and has worked with over 30 housing organisations around the UK, training staff at all levels and delivering consultancy projects.

Phil’s passion is excellent customer service and, whether delivering training or managing people, he is committed to helping to remove the barriers which prevent the delivery of service excellence.

Phil specialises in management development training, soft skills training, supporting & mentoring resident scrutiny and facilitating and speaking at conferences & training events.
