Delivery

Price
Rates vary depending on the training or coaching being delivered. Charities and very small businesses are offered a significantly lower rate. Training delivered on site at an organisation does not incur the fee for booking a venue. For full details ring Rachel to discuss the prices.

All training is designed to meet the specific needs of organisation. Some examples of services available for groups or individuals include:

• How to plan and run an effective team meeting (2 hour session)
• Improving time management (2 hour session)
• Effective target setting for managers (3 hour session)
• 1:1 coaching for business owners (a series of 1 hour sessions, usually 6, either face to face or by telephone)
• Being an effective manager (a day long course for managers)
• Coaching for performance (a day long course for senior leaders)
• Appraisal training ( 2 hour session)
• Equality and Diversity in the workplace, the 2010 Equality Act (2 hour session)
• Coping with change (2 hour session for staff experiencing change)
• Managing change (a day course for senior leaders implementing change)
• The retainer service (telephone and email support to discuss matters arising- ongoing for a monthly fee)
