Towards SMARTER SUSTAINABILITY: Organic lean work flow increases service & value to clients while raising wealth & growth potential; it removes waste (unnecessary costs & toxins), eliminates non-value creating steps and establishes a levelled workflow. In my experience this can only be achieved, however, with a workforce fully engaged & fully respected as equivalent humans beings.
I work with organisations keen to introduce alternative non- conventional forms of business practice, for the Creative Economy. I aim to assist them achieve Total Lean Workflow turnarounds, and enhance the quality of their decisions, complex problem-solving & governance through innovation and engagement of all staff/members in diverse, creative & effective ways. I am developing training materials to foster novel forms of leadership for 21st century.
